About the role:
The role of the Senior Credit Controller (KSA) is to KSA collections and be personally involved in chasing of outstanding aged receivable, build and maintain good business relationship with clients, understand client payable systems and highlight issues that are preventing timely payment to the business, collaborating both externally and internally to enable resolution of those issues. Senior Credit Controller position will be based in KSA and will work alongside regional managers, directors & partners ensuring successful delivery of the business’s key goals and objectives, specifically around reduction of aged receivables. The Senior Credit Controller will play a key part, working with both internal and external stakeholders to minimize billing errors thereby improving overall performance in line with Fragomen internal and client agreed SLA’s.
The primary responsibilities for this role include reduction of aged receivables and DBO, maximizing cashflow, working with key finance members to ensure timely and accurate production and delivery of invoices to our clients, confirming compliance across wider regional teams with both internal and external policies, client agreed protocols and company standards/guidelines. The Senior Credit Controller also acts as a reference point for day-to-day collections questions relating to the KSA clients/offices they are responsible for.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Taking full responsibility for the management of outstanding debt on a portfolio of client sales ledger accounts and ensuring that payments are up to date and outstanding debt is kept to a minimum.
- Collaborating with other collections & billing team members and providing Accounts Receivable (AR) updates
- Liaising internally and externally with relevant parties to efficiently resolve any queries on client accounts.
- Provision of updates to management team and Senior Global Manager highlighting any issues
- Maintaining accurate and detailed log of all communication and all related correspondence with clients
- Maintain escalation process for clients paying outside of agreed payment terms.
- Monthly AR review meetings with Partners/CSM’s to aid in transparency and progression of escalation.
- Scheduling meetings with client responsible team and client office visits wherever required.
- Initiating client checks and collating information to support the setting of existing and new clients.
- Meeting KPI’s and collection targets in conjunction with the Senior Global Manager.
- Fragomen onboarding as a vendor in client database, completion of portal registrations for KSA clients
- Assistance with compilation of details from Fragomen systems (this will include client MSA review for fee confirmation and disbursements breakup)
- Client meetings to aid in process documentation where required and in line with company protocols.
- Monthly cash forecasting for KSA region
- Maintain monthly write off report and submit to Director for approval.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently to achieve results and improvement process opportunities.

Within the Middle East region we have offices in United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Saudi Arabia with an overall headcount of 200 employees.
