**Position Objective**:
The BCM Consultant is required to conduct the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Threat Risk Assessment (TRA) covering all in-scope departments and locations of client.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
Determine Business Continuity Strategies uses the information obtained from the BIA and TRA phase to identify and select recovery and continuity options.
Business continuity capability of any organization cannot be considered reliable until it has been exercised.
The Consultant shall ensure that the appropriate exercise and testing plans are developed, and appropriate levels of exercises are carried out with the participation of all relevant personnel. The participants of all exercises/tests shall be provided with an appropriate level of walkthroughs to demonstrate effective disaster response.
The Consultant shall be required to monitor and coordinate the selected testing scenarios by the client.

Prepare Recovery Strategies presentation to BCM Committee providing shortlisted recovery options with cost-benefit analysis and pros & cons

**Required Qualification & Experience**:
Minimum Bachelors Degree level qualification from a reputed University.

Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in relevant domain.
Formal trainings & certifications of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) ISO 31000, Business Continuity Management (BCM) 22301 & Exposure to Insurance & Claims Management.
PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) Certification.

Proven experience in Business Impact Analysis and Threat Risk Assessment methodologies and preparing their Templates and Spreadsheet.
Experience in Incident Response and Crisis Management Framework.
Experience in defining SPOF areas and recommendation for improvement.
Experience in preparing IT Disaster Recovery Gap Analysis Report with recommendations.
