QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
- Minimum relevant experience of four (4) years and above
- Experienced in food production of International cuisines (preferable
5 star hotels or restaurant)
- Relevant experienced in GCC is a plus (Saudi Arabia)
- Ability to communicate in English
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dining
room, kitchen staff, and other service areas.
- Tasked with ensuring high standards of sanitation and safety,
supervising staff, and providing exceptional service to guests.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate dining and kitchen staff.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the dining room and kitchen areas.
- Coordinate service of meals with chefs, kitchen staff, and catering
staff.
- Ensure food safety requirements are met.
- Monitor inventories of food supplies and order as necessary.
- Schedule staff shifts and assign duties.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate to higher staff when
necessary.
- Ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are maintained and
