**Role Description**:
As the Employee Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our organization. You will work closely with the Human Capital team, as well as other departments, to develop and implement programs and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Onboarding**: Oversee the onboarding and orientation process to facilitate a seamless transition for new employees.
- Full responsibility for the onboarding and orientation process.
- Communicate visa requirements to new expat employees upon acceptance of the offer.
- Prepare all necessary arrangements before arrival of new employee.
- **Medical Insurance**:

- Implement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and HR regulations in all activities.
- Request for addition and deletion of medical insurance for employee and family.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and records.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and collect feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Employee Experience or Human Resources Operations, Employee Engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
