We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Project & Development Services business line.

Role Purpose

What this job involves
Program Leadership for a scheme comprising multiple standalone major projects.
Responsible for the planning, structuring, assisting in leading and delivery of this multi-billion dollar program of work containing standalone as well as integrated projects and sub-projects.
Provides strategic leadership linking the client drivers, our business objectives and the project needs.
Oversees the program of projects from early design phase through to successful completion, managing a diverse team at all levels, taking responsibility for overall delivery.
Demonstrating strong diplomacy skills in managing complex stakeholders and consultants.
Supporting core business values in delivery of Teamwork, Ethics and Excellence.
Leading from the front on all matters of Health, Safety and Wellbeing.
Managing resource allocation, mobilization and demobilization, ensuring the right people are in the right positions.
Creating a culture of accountability and ownership of projects in the program. Empowering project leads to deliver projects.

10+ years' of experience in infrastructural projects (roads, tunnels, etc)
Further professional memberships / chartered status expected at this level.
Experience in design & construction for infrastructural projects.
Experience in leading large, multinational and diverse program delivery teams.
Proven major project leadership skills with good knowledge of business analysis.
Has strong planning, communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience working in the Middle East on major programs.
