- Implement and maintain office procedures and policies.
- Support human resources functions, such as onboarding new staff.
- Manage office budgets and prepare financial reports related to office expenses.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Finding the English language.
