If so, then you are the Medical Representative we are looking for- This position will be based in Madina and cover remote areas such as Tabuk and Yanbu under the Sales department. You will directly report to the District Sales Manager.-
**The Position**
- As a Medical Representative, you will be representing Novo Nordisk’s vision, values, and commitments in the daily conduct with internal and external stakeholders. Not only you will be promoting and selling products to healthcare professionals, but also you will be developing and managing long-term relationships.- Your main accountabilities will be:
- Analysing and understanding opportunities and challenges within own territory, planning and take action to maximize business opportunities
- Engaging Healthcare Professionals in the execution of business strategy in the field
- Achieving individual sales targets for the responsible area (financial and non-financial targets)
- Implementing field Customer engagement strategy, promotional activities, and educational activities in line with company strategy and Future Frontline Customer Engagement approach, in a customer-centric, multichannel, cross-functional and data-driven approach
- Assessing the potential of customer accounts, analysing own territory performance and competition landscape, proposing and discuss an action plan, implementing action plan, and monitor the effectiveness of the action plan

**Qualifications**
- As a Medical Representative, we expect you to be a self-starter, one who can evaluate options and find resolutions on your own with mínimal supervision. Nevertheless, you need to have an aptitude for learning and an ability to communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information, as well as value propositions for the product(s) under your responsibility.- To be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is a must
- 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in selling, presenting, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must
- Experience in Diabetes is a plus
- Experience in the Private sector is a plus

**About the Department**
- The Diabetes Care Sales Team leads Novo Nordisk’s Diabetes product portfolio in Saudi Arabia, which includes world-class therapies for the treatment of diabetes and the reduction of adverse cardiovascular events. As part of the team, you will be responsible for promoting Novo Nordisk products and have frontline exposure to our portfolio vision, business strategies, and critical market insights that drive our business forward.
