الوصف الوظيفي:
كممثل مبيعات، ستلعب دورًا حاسمًا في دفع نمو الإيرادات لشركتنا. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحديد فرص العمل الجديدة وتطوير علاقات مع العملاء المحتملين وإغلاق الصفقات. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة فهمًا قويًا لمنتجاتنا والقدرة على التواصل بشكل فعال مع العملاء.
- المسؤوليات:

- إنشاء العملاء والبحث النشط عن فرص مبيعات جديدة من خلال الاتصال البارد والشبكات والإحالات.
- تطوير والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء من خلال فهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم حلول مخصصة.
- تقديم عروض توضيحية للمنتجات ومقترحات للعملاء المحتملين.
- التفاوض وإغلاق اتفاقيات البيع لتحقيق أو تجاوز الأهداف.
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات لوضع الخطط التسويقية الفعالة وتنفيذها.
- البقاء محدّثًا على اتجاهات الصناعة وظروف السوق والمنافسين.
- المتطلبات:

- 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مبيعات الأغذية والمشروبات، متخصصة في قسم المخبوزات.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.
- القدرة على بناء العلاقات وتأسيس علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء.
- متحمس لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- معرفة ببرامج إدارة علاقات العملاء والمنهجيات المبيعية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة مفضلة.
