Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Signals Lead **to join our team, who will provide strategic leadership, integrate advanced ITS technologies, engage with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee quality control processes for high-impact transportation safety projects.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of engineers and technicians responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining traffic signal systems.
- Project Coordination: Manage projects involving traffic signal design, installation, and optimization to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Signal Timing Optimization: Develop and implement signal timing plans to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion, and enhance safety.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and review designs for signal systems, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and project specifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with local agencies and municipalities to ensure signal projects align with community needs and regulations.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Extensive knowledge of traffic signal systems, timing, and optimization strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Proficiency with traffic signal software, such as SYNCHRO or MaxView.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing engineering teams.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in traffic signal systems, including leadership roles **.**
