Could you be the full-time onsite Supplier Quality Manager in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?

**Your future role**

We’ll look to you for:

- Delivering and organizing the delivery of the Supplier Quality activities during the development phases of the projects,
- Developing and deploying Supplier Quality Processes and Sharing of good practices,
- Developing teams and improving efficiency of the organization,
- Strengthening Suppliers performance within the Country,
- Supporting the Region to meet Supplier Quality Excellence,
- Managing and evaluating supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met,
- Leading cross-functional teams to address supplier quality issues,
- Conducting supplier audits to drive process standardization and continuous improvement,
- Collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments to define quality parameters,
- Training and mentoring team members on quality assurance best practices

- Experience or understanding of supplier quality management and continuous improvement processes.,
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,

- Ability to support and drive Supplier Quality Excellence in the region.,
