- **Role Summary**:

- Knowledge of welding processes Must be able to read and interpret blueprints. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent diploma. 5-year experience. Successful completion of welding tests and qualifications. Welder certification required: SMAK, MIG & TIG.
- **Essential Responsibilities:

- **
- Able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Successful completion of welding tests and qualifications.
- Train on different processes/operations to produce or repair Diamond Cutter Bits. These processes include, but are not limited to, machining, welding, plotting, clean-up, quality inspection, painting, furnacing, repair, pricing, and bit shopping preparation.
- Learns to sets-up and operate machines for production or bit repair according to bit specifications and bill of materials.
- Becomes familiar with the company's Total Quality Management process, Self-Directed Team process and Safety process.
- Ability to comprehend engineering drawings, specifications, routers, bills of materials, manufacturing procedures manual, basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, fractions).
- Ability to read and perform functions to the product specifications.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Knowledge of welding processes
- Ability to use a variety of measuring equipment, i.e., callipers, micrometres, etc.
- Welder certification required: SMAW, MIG & TIG
- Ability to use hand tools like Grinders, Hammers, chisel, etc.
- Must be able to communicate in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent diploma.
