This is an exciting opportunity for a process orientated, ambitious Project Manager to become a key part of a forward-thinking and growing team. As well as working closely with a Senior PM or PD, supporting them with all aspects of project management on large-scale complex projects, you will also be responsible for owning and running smaller projects independently, delivering integrated work across a range of exciting clients, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery.
- As the common thread on complex initiatives, you will be responsible for supporting the integration of creative components from account, planners, designers, copywriters, producers, and social media strategists (among others).

**Responsibilities**:

- Obtain project briefs from clients and ensure the right information is secured to enable the project team to successfully meet client needs
- Development and implementation of project plans/schedules
- Development of project budgets/estimates based on the project plans/schedules
- Development of project scopes of work
- Oversee budgeting and resourcing of projects
- Facilitate end to end delivery maintaining the project to time and budget
- Maintain regular contact with clients and troubleshoot or escalate project risks as required
- Liaise with and manage third party agencies on behalf of clients
- Evaluate all projects upon completion, including future recommendations for client consideration
- Help mentor and support junior team members and ensure you and your staff are constantly developing abilities through Edelman University and other training, including on-the-job training and mentoring
- Participate in cross-practice and cross-geographical teams to provide clients and prospects with the most compelling team and proposal
- Work with account leads to introduce existing clients to relevant and new Edelman capabilities, including resources outside of your own group, to advance their business goals
- Assist with the development of accurate project budgets using the firm’s financial system and effectively work within account budget parameters and deadlines
- Manage day-to-day client budget issues to resolution
- Track and monitor project financials (eg. budget vs. actual)

**Skills and Experience**:

- 2-4yrs experience working within a top global communications, advertising, or marketing in a project management (or equivalent production) role, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of processes, workflows, tools and methodologies with knowledge of how to develop a clear project plan and documentation of deliverables, schedules and budgets for projects in Statements of Work
- Demonstrate understanding of core financial constructs including revenue, profitability, pricing structures (hourly vs. retainer accounts), budgeting and forecasting
- Experience of managing projects between £50-100k+
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
