**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Perform FEED, Studies, and detailed design engineering, analysis and calculations on more complex and demanding engineering tasks.
- Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and procedures.
- Gain familiarity with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule, and all inter-discipline requirements; including identifying concerns as early as practicable.
- Initiates interface with other disciplines to obtain input for discipline designs.
- Performs computer analyses of structures designed by others with guidance from Senior/PPL engineers.
- Prepares design calculations as required.
- Performs engineering check of drafting.
- Performs engineering checks prepared by others within discipline.
- Performs design verification through single discipline check and assists with inter-discipline checks (IDC).
- Prepares & reviews MTO’s of structures under supervision.
- Assists in preparation of subcontract documents.
- Assist in bid evaluations.

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- BS degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Familiar with design codes such as API and AISC
- Proficient in structural analysis software such as SACS, STAAD Pro, and ANSYS
- Strong communication skill and professional ethics to interface with clients and project team
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering / offshore projects
