- Develop and implement quality and safety policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and customer requirements.
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS) across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify gaps in quality and safety practices and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and measure quality and safety performance, and provide regular reports and analysis to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Manage and lead a team of quality and safety professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with external regulatory agencies and third-party auditors to ensure compliance and facilitate inspections and certifications.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis of quality and safety incidents, implement corrective actions, and develop preventive measures to minimize the risk of recurrence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging best practices in quality and safety management, and proactively recommend and implement improvements.
- Foster a culture of quality and safety awareness throughout the organization by organizing training programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns.

**Requirements**:
**Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 8-10 years in quality and safety management
- Certification in quality and safety management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Safety Professional) such as OSHA is highly desirable.
- Should possess proper knowledge of roof sandwich panel repair methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, safety regulations, and relevant standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001.
- Familiarity with the local regulatory environment and requirements in Saudi Arabia.
