Personal Driver

**Key Responsibilities**:
Transportation Services: Safely and efficiently transport hotel guests, staff, and management to and from various locations, including airports, meetings, events, and other destinations as required.

Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the appropriate department.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle. Maintain a clean driving record and ensure the safety of passengers at all times.

Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to all passengers, including assisting with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring passenger comfort throughout the journey.

Schedule Management: Coordinate transportation schedules with hotel management and guests to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the travel itineraries and personal information of hotel guests and staff.

Communication: Communicate effectively with hotel staff and guests to address any transportation needs or concerns promptly.

Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond calmly and effectively in the event of emergencies or unexpected situations while on duty.

Professionalism: Present oneself in a professional manner at all times, including wearing a clean and appropriate uniform, and exhibiting courteous behavior towards passengers and fellow employees.

Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management to support the overall operation of the establishment.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience: Minimum of 5 years of driving experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.**

**Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.**

**Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.**

**Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent.

**Salary 1800 SAR**

Pay: From ﷼1,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Family Driver and Office Staff: 5 years (required)
