- Design Leadership:

- Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs that are innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Provide design direction and mentorship to junior architects and designers within the team.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand design requirements and develop creative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Project Management:

- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate various building systems and ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
- Technical Expertise:

- Utilize advanced knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques to develop practical and compliant design solutions.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure adherence to design standards and specifications.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through clear communication, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Proactively address client feedback and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure as an architect (RA) required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading architectural projects from concept through construction.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
