Senior Financial Specialist ( Saudi National Only)

**Responsibilities**:
This role is responsible for the overall subsidiary’s financial, fund, asset, accounting, and Tax management.

1. Responsible for managing the expense reimbursement of the company's employees, including expense review, payment and accounting processing, to ensure that the expenses are reasonable and compliant, and the accounting is accurate and standardized;
2. Responsible for the management and accounting of cash, checks, wire transfers, etc., to ensure the reasonable operation of the company's cash flow;
3. Responsible for the management of the company's bank accounts, including the accounting of account balances, payment of bank fees, opening, modification and cancellation of bank accounts, etc.;
4. Audit and accounting treatment of new fixed assets, depreciation and scrapping;
5. Inventory procurement management: inventory pricing management, gross profit analysis; accounting for inventory purchase and sale

6. Responsible for the company's daily accounting and preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, to ensure accurate and timely submission of reports;
7. Responsible for regular reconciliation with suppliers and customers to ensure the accuracy of the project;
8. Understand the tax policy of the area under the jurisdiction, be responsible for various tax accounting and declaration, do a good job in tax planning, and maintain a good relationship with the local tax department;
9. Responsible for the company's annual/temporary audit work;
10. Prepare the company's annual financial budget, supervise and report on the completion of the budget;
11. Other work arranged by the manager

**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor degree or above in financial accounting related majors, with more than 1 year of work experience in Saudi Arabic

2. Proficient in financial and accounting professional knowledge, familiar with the taxation, financial and other financial regulations and policies in Saudi Arabic

3. English is used as the working language, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

4. Possess good moral qualities, be practical and meticulous in work, have good conduct, have strong executive ability and judgment ability, and have certain communication and coordination skills.

**Salary**: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
