**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- At least 26 years old
