**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally.
- Schedule appointments for new and returning patients based on the availability of doctors and nurses.
- Confirm appointments via phone calls and messages.
- Register patients upon arrival and gather any necessary information.
- Process patient discharge by collecting payments and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Scan and attach patient documents to their records.
- Stay informed about clinic services to effectively communicate with patients.
- Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
- Acknowledge and resolve patient complaints, escalating to Admin when necessary.
- Respond to patient inquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information related to doctors, staff, and patients.
- Protect patients' rights by ensuring the confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.

- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Professionalism and flexibility in handling various tasks.
- Good organizational skills.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- medical clinic: 2 years (preferred)
