**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Perform duties as Airfield Manager at a foreign military airfield location.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations at a foreign military airfield that supports military rotary wing operations.
- Provide supervision for approximately fifty (50) personnel providing Base Operations, Air Traffic Control, Emergency Services, and Transient alerts.
- Coordinate all airfield activities with the Contractor Airfield Operations team led by a Program Manager.
- Provide oversight for on-the-job training for host nation personnel working alongside the Base Operations and Transient Alert personnel.
- Attend Company and MNG Airfield-related meetings/training as required.
- Responsible for daily inspections of runways, facilities, lighting, and NAVAIDs.
- Monitor construction and repairs, conducting coordination as necessary to minimize the impact on flight operations.
- Maintain the highest ethical personal and professional standards.

**POSITION SCOPE AND CHARTER**
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years experience, or High School Diploma and 7 years experience in Airfield/Airport Management.
- Military Aviation Operations experience is preferred, especially AFSC 1C751 or Army MOS 15P.
- Must be able to read, speak, write legibly and understand the English language.
- Must be comfortable working with host nation military personnel.
- Familiarization with AR 95-20 and DCMA 8210.1c. for Airfield Operations.
- Must have a valid state operator's license and be able to pass the government licensing requirements.
- Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instructions.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data
- Will be required to travel when deemed necessary.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk, sit or reach with hands and arms. The employee is also occasionally required to climb a ladder.

Climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, extensive walking and working in tiring uncomfortable positions. May require lifting of objects whose weight sometimes exceeds fifty (50) pounds.
