**Position Objectives**:
Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to ensure the efficient and compliant operations of our postal services. You will play a vital role in mitigating legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the strategic decision-making processes that drive the success of our organization.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, ensuring their accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the postal service's objectives and legal requirements.

Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory procedures and guidelines. Develop and implement compliance procedures, keeping them up to date with any changes to laws or regulations that impact the business.
Identify and assess potential risks that may impact postal service operations and decision-making. Provide recommendations and strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively.
Stay informed about changes to laws or regulations in relevant jurisdictions, and proactively implement necessary procedures and documentation to ensure legal compliance.
Review and endorse contracts and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between the postal service and other parties, safeguarding the organization's interests and maintaining legal validity.
Support management by assisting in the preparation of various documents and conducting final reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy prior to obtaining management signatures.
Act as a liaison between the Regulations sector and the Legal department, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to address legal matters related to postal services.
Respond promptly to internal inquiries regarding postal service legal matters, providing accurate and insightful guidance to support decision-making.
Prepare forms, support letters, and other documents accurately based on information provided by management, ensuring their completeness and adherence to legal standards.
Perform any other related duties as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the postal service.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 15 years (Must) of extensive legal experience, with a minimum of 5 years serving as a Legal Advisor, preferably within the postal services industry.
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of postal laws, regulations, and industry practices, enabling effective legal counsel and guidance.
Demonstrate a track record of success in contract negotiation, drafting, and review, ensuring favourable and legally sound agreements.
Showcase the ability to provide expert legal guidance and counsel in fast-paced environments, effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Possess excellent communication and writing skills, enabling clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in preparing project documentation to support project planning, monitoring, and management.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering productive working relationships.
Display exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all written materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, leveraging these tools to enhance efficiency and produce high-quality work.
Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset and a drive to innovate, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and achieve optimal outcomes.
Possess resourceful problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning, displaying a willingness to take the initiative and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Fluent in both Arabic (Must) and English, with proficiency in reading and writing in both languages
