Makeen Advisors is a leading corporate training company dedicated to providing exceptional training programs to organizations in the GCC. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a comprehensive training program for the executive leadership of a government entity in Saudi Arabia.

**Role Description**

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of our training program, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. This role involves close collaboration with both our internal team and the client to ensure the training objectives are achieved within the stipulated timeline and budget.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the training program for executive leadership.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the program are aligned and executed smoothly.
- Manage the project timeline, resources, and budget to ensure the program is delivered successfully.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the project, addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure the training program adheres to the company's standards and the client's expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with the client and all stakeholders involved in the project.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Learning and Development, particularly in managing and coordinating training programs.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- PMP certificate or similar qualification in project management is a plus.
- Must be a Saudi National, with a strong understanding of the local business and cultural context.
