Responsible for the overall strategy planning relating to operational efficiency and delivers the overall approach for continuous improvement of Operational Efficiency Management. Defines and oversees the operational performance for the purposes of developing baseline data and driving improvement from it.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Conducts forecasting exercises of future Hospital processes based on the expected outcomes of the action plans developed (depending on the benchmark and desired outcomes) for implementation.

2. Submits the developed action plans to the Operational Efficiency Implementation Department within the Division and the concerned project manager for review, implementation and follow-up; with collaboration as needed.

3. Increases utilization of resources and adapting new proven technologies to increase efficiency and achieve departmental and organizational goals.

4. Leads advanced planning, analysis, solution development and presentation for more complex strategic initiatives.

5. Develops, plans, and synchronizes the transition of major projects from short-lifecycle management to long-term strategic operational efforts.

6. Monitors trends and progress of all areas under focus so as to address any deficiencies and participates in any root cause analysis as required.

7. Manages benchmarking of the identified areas under focus and keeps the stakeholders and the Operational Efficiency Implementation Department informed of any updates.

**Education**:
Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Healthcare Administration, or other related field is required.

**Experience Required**:
Nine (9) years of related experience with Master's, including four (4) years at a senior/ supervisory position, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
- Saudi National Only.
