**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, submit, and track all government-related documents, including visas, permits, licenses, and certifications. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies. Establish and nurture strong relationships with officials to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Represent the company's interests effectively in all government interactions. Negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Saudi laws, regulations, and policies. Advise management on compliance requirements and ensure the company's operations align with legal standards.
- Identify and resolve challenges related to government procedures and documentation. Develop creative solutions to streamline processes and overcome obstacles.
- Maintain accurate records of all government interactions and transactions. Prepare regular reports for management on the status of ongoing projects and potential issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Will be ready and available to start by July 2024
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential. Proficiency in English is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as PRO / Mandoub in KSA
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (Mandoub) or similar role in Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth understanding of Saudi government procedures, regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
