Role Overview
">This role involves delivering sales performance and brand KPIs to meet or exceed objectives. You will create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance.
">You will proactively serve customer needs, expectations, and challenges to build trusted relationships and achieve win-win agreements. Your goal is to develop and execute a call plan that achieves set metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers, maximizing access and sales opportunities.
">Key responsibilities include building understanding of customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical, and sales expertise. You will share this market intelligence with in-field teams, brand teams, and sales managers to achieve alignment and optimize brand strategy.
">Qualifications
">A Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies is preferred. 0-4 years of experience as a Product Specialist, relevant industry experience, and fluency in English and Arabic are required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as practical knowledge of HCPs and disease area requirements.
">Good understanding of market challenges and opportunities, a great sense of ethics and integrity, and curiosity and ability to learn and improve are also necessary for success.
