The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the team's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. They will also prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the leadership team.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting high-profile or senior-level executives. They will be proficient in email management and Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on organizational and time management skills.

In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments. You will be an expert in multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining confidentiality.
