In this critical role, you'll oversee the implementation of our comprehensive loss prevention strategy across multiple Fulfillment Centers, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all employees.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze risk exposure and develop controls to mitigate potential losses
  2. Investigate incidents of loss and theft, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  3. Design and implement effective physical security measures to safeguard our assets and employees
  4. Negotiate contracts with reputable guard services providers to enhance site security
  5. Develop strategies to prevent workplace violence and maintain a safe working environment
  6. Implement educational programs to raise awareness about loss prevention best practices among employees
  7. Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement
