We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Valuations - Tangible Assets - Associate to join our team. As a key member of our valuation team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on the value of tangible assets to our clients.

In this role, you will perform site visits to inspect machinery and equipment assets, collect and analyze relevant data, and manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience. You will also gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations, comply with quality standards, risk rules, and confidentiality guidelines to deliver results, and support the quality and validity of valuation analyses through economic and industry research, as well as financial analysis, engineering analysis, industry research, market condition research, and comparable transactions.

Your strong analytical and communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
