Key Responsibilities
- Business Development and Sales Management
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Lead the team to meet assigned sales targets and objectives
• Motivate and coach sales consultants and specialists to enhance their selling skills - Brand Management
• Uphold the Dior brand values and competencies
• Ensure team members adhere to brand image guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality of Dior knowledge and activities - Client Experience and Event Management
• Deliver a world-class client experience exceeding brand expectations
• Increase client flow by developing customer loyalty programs
• Manage internal and external communication for events and sampling programs - People Management
• Recruit high-caliber team members
• Provide product knowledge training to enhance cross-selling skills
• Conduct annual performance reviews and develop training plans - Operations
• Staff the boutique to deliver the desired brand experience within agreed budgets
• Manage stock to minimize loss and maximize availability
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the boutique
Requirements
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Fluent in English
