About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Hydraulic Modelling Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hydraulic and hydrologic modelling, stormwater drainage systems, and flood risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze stormwater and flood management models using software like HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, MIKE FLOOD, TUFLOW, and Civil 3D.
  • Conduct rainfall-runoff simulations, floodplain mapping, and water flow analysis for stormwater networks.
  • Design stormwater drainage networks, retention basins, culverts, and flood mitigation measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulics, or Water Resources Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hydraulic modelling, stormwater drainage, and flood risk management.
  • Prior experience in stormwater projects, urban drainage systems, and flood mitigation in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, MIKE FLOOD, TUFLOW, and Civil 3D.
