Job Title and Job Summary

**Job Title:** Health Safety Environment Officer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Safety Environment Officer to join our team at Algihaz Holding. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that a copy of the Risk Assessment and Job Safety Procedure (JSP) is available at the site during job execution.
  • Conduct daily Toolbox Talks with group Supervisors prior to the start of work, and ensure that the attendance sheet is available at the work location.
  • Implement the Permit-to-Work (PTW) System requirements at the site.
  • Conduct daily site safety inspections to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
  • Prepare the Site Safety Observation Report and submit it to the direct Supervisor.
  • Report any incidents or accidents to management.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses at the site.
  • Implement the SEC 5 Star Safety System at the site.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to the direct manager/SEC Consultant.
  • Attend weekly and monthly Safety Meetings with Al-Gihaz and Subcontractors.
  • Respond to the job execution team's safety concerns.
Qualifications

**Required:**

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Certifications: NEBOSH IG, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, 14001 Internal Auditor.
