Job Summary

Linked4HR Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager - Blasting and Painting to lead the execution of capital projects for our clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Commissioning Managers/Project Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including Government Bodies, EPC Contractors, and OEMs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and deliver regular project reports, analyzing project expenditure and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering, with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience, including 5-8 years in a Project Management role.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a focus on blasting and painting projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of asset management standards, including ISO 55000/1/2.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
