Job Description

Talent Disruptors is seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Strategist to play a pivotal role in transforming our marketing, sales, and customer service operations. As the orchestrator of our HubSpot environment, you will wield the platform's extensive toolkit to enhance processes, elevate customer interactions, and propel business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HubSpot Configuration and Management: Configure and manage the HubSpot platform to seamlessly align with our business objectives and processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Marketing Automation: Set up and refine marketing automation workflows to enhance lead generation and nurturing, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth.
  3. CRM Optimization: Streamline CRM processes within HubSpot for maximum efficiency in tracking customer interactions and sales processes, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HubSpot's robust analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate insightful reports, and drive data-driven strategies.
  5. Email Campaign Management: Create and oversee email campaigns within HubSpot, optimizing them for engagement and conversion, and ensuring seamless integration with other marketing channels.
  6. Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to team members, ensuring effective utilization of HubSpot's capabilities and empowering them to drive business results.
