Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

F&E Project Managers are appointed after Stage Gate 0 and provide accountability across the project lifecycle. The PM will act as the client representative, managing the performance of the outsourced PMC responsible for day-to-day project activities.

  • Develops and implements project plans in line with organisational objectives.
  • Maintains effective relationships between stakeholders, including consultants and contractors.
  • Evaluates and mitigates potential risks and issues within F&E.
  • Provides regular updates to the Senior Responsible Owner/Project Sponsor from the Armed Forces on project progress.
  • Ensures internal stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Leads the internal F&E team for in-house delivered projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Business Administration or equivalent.
