At Arab National Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled School Head of Admissions to join our team. Our group comprises successful schools across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates.

Job Description:

  1. We are looking for an experienced professional to contribute to the achievement of student enrolment targets and be responsible for the processing of student applications and admissions.
  2. The ideal candidate will ensure competent administration and record keeping of the admissions process including entry assessments.
  3. The successful applicant will provide strategic direction and leadership for all admissions activities.
  4. Implement Admissions strategies aligned with the school's mission, vision, and values.
  5. Support the transition of families from admissions to parents' liaison and maintain clear communication with academic teams.
  6. Create an outstanding experience for parents and students throughout every stage of the process from applying until they leave.
  7. Review all relevant policies, procedures, quality, and customer service standards and ensure their delivery to all prospective families.
  8. Be an exceptional leader of people, coaching and developing your Admissions, marketing, and communication team members.
  9. Oversee all aspects of Admission and enrolment processes and procedures, developing, executing, and regularly monitoring marketing, retention, and admissions plans.
  10. Lead and drive strategies to generate enquiries through both online and offline campaigns.
  11. Develop key processes and lead the team to guide parents and students through the admissions process, making the experience positive, straightforward, and engaging.
  12. Design and develop marketing strategies to meet enrolment targets and positively promote the school.
  13. Oversee all parent communication to ensure responsiveness, quality, and attitude.
  14. Assign and review communication, marketing, and social media tasks/products for skilled team members.
  15. Liaise with Student Affairs for all MOE requirements and procedures, and oversee activities coordinator on large-scale events.
  16. Ensure PRE is achieving the enrolment target and providing high-quality service to new and existing parents.
  17. Maintain visibility to re-enrolment assessing risks.
  18. Work with the entire school to accurately assess school pulse and view of unique selling points or areas for improvement.
  19. Meet with prospective parents to explain admission procedures, curriculum, fee structure, and regulations to ensure prospective parents enroll their children at the school.
  20. Maintain an accurate record of all places available at the school and an up-to-date waiting list of students who wish to be enrolled and have passed any necessary placement tests.
  21. Prepare and undertake the annual roll over of pupils, preparing files for new pupils and archiving leavers and records.
  22. Prepare and send out all communications regarding admissions events, for both internal arrangements and communications with applicants.
  23. Attend Trust meetings relating to Admissions.
  24. Update School events on the website weekly or as required.
  25. Set a good example in terms of punctuality and attendance.
  26. Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to behavior management, safeguarding and child protection, equal opportunities, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to the appropriate person.
  27. Contribute to the overall ethos/vision of the School.
  28. Be aware of day-to-day issues within the School and ensure effective communication between all relevant departments of the School and Trust.
  29. Evaluate a wide variety of academic qualifications, make decisions, and issue offers on non-complex applications, in line with agreed policies.
  30. Assist in training new members of the Admissions team to ensure they can complete their duties to a desired standard.
  31. Oversee and lead the Front of House team.
