About the Job

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join our team at Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and supply chain management, with experience in SAP and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking accurate accruals for respective areas
  • Providing financial analysis and ad-hoc analytical support to KSA Supply Chain and Sales functions
  • Tracking and reporting all productivity projects of KSA Supply Chain and Sales
  • Preparing and publishing financial performance reports to KSA Supply Chain and Sales functions
  • Updating and reporting PPED dashboard by SKU and Region with relevant stakeholders
  • Validating all purchase orders related to KSA SC and Sales functions
  • Ensuring all contracts about Leased branches and vehicles are valid and up-to-date at all times
  • Evaluating Cost-saving/Co-distribution initiatives related to KSA SC and Sales
  • Performing month-end closing tasks related to KSA SC and Sales overheads independently
  • Supporting HO Finance Accounting team for year-end audit requirements
  • Ensuring strong control over crates & pallets inventory
  • Tracking, comparing, and reporting the repair & maintenance cost of chillers every month
  • Tracking and comparing the transportation cost of Primary Logistics every month
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and business partnering
  • SAP knowledge with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
  • Cost controlling
  • Communication & analytical skills
