Responsibilities:

  2. Define Data Architecture: Collaborate with the IT department to define and manage the organization's data architecture, infrastructure, and tools, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
  3. Oversee Data Integration: Oversee the integration of data systems and platforms across the organization, supporting enterprise-wide data initiatives such as data lakes, data warehouses, and cloud-based solutions.
  4. Foster Data Culture: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing data management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, data governance, IT strategy, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in building and managing data governance frameworks and teams.
  • Experience with data architectures such as data lakes, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of data management tools and technologies, including data integration, data quality, and data governance platforms.
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities.
