Main Job Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Alturki Holding team, the successful candidate will assist and support the Collection/Accounts Receivable Supervisor, Accounting Manager, or Finance Director in achieving cash and credit collection goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing cash and credit collection in accordance with SAMARA policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Execute company policy to minimize A/R outstanding balance and meet monthly/yearly targets and reporting deadlines.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to follow up with customers to ensure achievement of allocated targets.
  3. Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Direct Manager on customer-related matters that may impact their ability to pay.
  4. Ensure timely distribution of customer statements of account and collection of invoices.
  5. Identify and report any problems with customers to the Direct Manager.
  6. Provide the Direct Manager with weekly/monthly reports highlighting risky customers.
