Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Dalma Tech2. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quality control program, ensuring that all engineering, procurement, and operations processes meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control Program Management: Assist in managing the quality control program, ensuring that all processes and procedures are in place to meet the required standards.
- Quality Standards Development: Assist in the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for engineering, procurement, and operations processes.
- Policy and Procedure Review: Review policy and procedures for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in the engineering fields such as Radars, Communication, Computers, etc.
- Key Quality Indicators: Review and, if necessary, revise the Key Quality Indicators - the parameters used to measure the quality.
- Sampling Procedures: Review the current sampling procedures, forms, instructions, and tools for recording, evaluating, and reporting the quality data; revise and update them as necessary.
- Quality Management Organization: Advise management on the structure of the quality management organization and the number and expertise of the personnel required for implementing a satisfactory quality management program.
- Quality Data Analysis: Provide oversight/guidance to personnel engaged in collecting/analyzing the quality data.
- Training and Development: Develop training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
- Reporting and Presentations: Generate reports and give presentations to management staff members as needed.
- Education: The candidate shall have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: The candidate shall have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in maintenance and management of C4I systems including communication networks, surveillance radars, and security systems.
- Quality Management: Experience in implementing principles and processes for quality assurance using ISO9000/9002 and/or 6-Sigma is required.
- C4I Equipment and Systems: Must be conversant with C4I equipment and systems in use in a security command and/or has had experience in the C4I equipment and systems of similar type and generation in a security/military environment.
- Project Management: Must have experience in project management activities like planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.
- Evaluation and Selection: Must have experience in evaluation, selection, application, and reviewing policy and procedures.
- Industry Standards: Must be familiar with industry standards used in maintaining C4I equipment.
- Technical Reports and Presentations: Must have experience in developing technical reports and presentations.
