About the Role

We are seeking an experienced VOIP System Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining computer network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and Wi-Fi networks.
  • VOIP Telephony: Install, configure, and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems, including handsets, softphones, and SIP trunks.
  • Cisco Unified Communications: Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network and VOIP-related issues, identifying root causes and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, including diagrams, flowcharts, and written descriptions.
Technical Requirements:
  • Cisco Certification: Hold relevant Cisco certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP.
  • Networking Fundamentals: Have a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including protocols, architectures, and security principles.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Education and Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
