As a Manufacturing Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our folding carton printing and packaging operations. This includes developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS), implementing process improvements, and driving continuous quality enhancement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of folding carton production processes, including printing, finishing, and adhesives. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

About the Role
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in alignment with ISO, BRC, FSC, and PEFC standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer quality requirements.
  • Establish and maintain documentation systems to track quality control processes, certifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality control processes for folding carton production, including printing, finishing, and adhesives.
  • Conduct inspections and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Develop and implement quality control checkpoints across different stages of production to minimize defects and ensure consistency.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce defects and improve operational efficiency.
  • Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and enhance quality.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives to identify and address recurring quality issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in ISO 9001, BRC, FSC, PEFC, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of folding carton production processes, color management, printing defects, and finishing techniques.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in quality management.
  • Sector: Printing & Packaging industry, specifically Folding Carton Manufacturing.
  • Local/International: Experience in KSA or the GCC region is preferred, with international exposure being an advantage.
