We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Guidance Groove. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure to ensure efficiency, reliability, and security.
Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies to align with business objectives.
- Infrastructure Operations: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including VMware, backup solutions, HCI, Exchange, and Active Directory.
- Service Delivery: Ensure smooth service delivery, resolve technical issues, and improve overall IT service quality.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce technical standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Certifications in VMware (VCP), Microsoft (MCSE), or relevant technologies.
- Strong experience in system administration, virtualization, backup solutions, HCI, Exchange, and Active Directory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
