**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. **Store Operations Management**: Exercise full responsibility for end-to-end store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient inventory management.
  2. **Inventory Management**: Ensure strict adherence to inventory management protocols, including:
    1. **5S Compliance**: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
    2. **Regular Stock Checks**: Conduct weekly and daily stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
    3. **Security Audits**: Regularly review and improve store security measures to prevent theft and loss.
  3. **Team Leadership**: Manage a team of shift leaders, logistics associates, delivery associates, warehouse staff, and cashiers, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  4. **Human Resources**: Oversee payroll, attendance, and compliance with local labor laws, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  5. **Store Performance**: Monitor key metrics, conduct monthly audits, and ensure inventory placement aligns with policy, driving business growth and profitability.
  6. **Metrics Management**: Own and manage metrics related to inventory management, delivery experience, and customer satisfaction, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  7. **Team Training**: Ensure all team members are adequately trained in their roles, providing ongoing development and support to enhance skills and knowledge.
  8. **Problem-solving**: Take proactive measures to address operational challenges and escalate issues as needed, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
  9. **Cash Management**: Manage store cash, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely deposits, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  10. **Roster Management**: Optimize warehouse and delivery staff rosters to meet productivity and performance goals, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
  11. **Reporting**: Provide daily reports on store performance and relevant metrics, ensuring timely and accurate communication of key information.
  12. **Business Development**: Identify opportunities to increase orders by enhancing serviceability, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

**Requirements:**

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field.
  3. Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives that help to improve organization's financial performance.
  4. Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
