About the Job

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at RecruitMe Plus, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Riyadh, KSA branch. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure that all targets are met and customer service is delivered at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Management: Perform shift checklists at the beginning of every shift and take action on any problems that may occur during the upcoming shift.
  • Daily Meetings: Hold daily meetings with your team to discuss target achievement, guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives.
  • Quality Service: Ensure that quality service is delivered during all shifts, including off-days and holidays.
  • Staff Performance Evaluation: Evaluate staff performance monthly and submit reports to the Brand Manager or Operations Manager.
  • Profit & Loss Target: Ensure compliance with the Profit & Loss target set by the finance department.
  • Food Preparation: Oversee food preparation and handling, ensuring compliance with health safety and international hygiene standards.
  • TARGET ACHIEVEMENT: Ensure that the location reaches the monthly target set by the Operations Team.
  • Cashier Drawer Audit: Conduct regular cashier drawer audits and count cash in front of the cashier before submitting the Daily Sales Report.
  • Employee Monitoring: Monitor employees to ensure performance expectations are met.
  • Food Inventory Management: Manage inventory and purchases of food and supplies, ensuring proper storage of highly perishable items.
  • Customer Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a restaurant branch manager
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic Microsoft skills
  • Professional English and Arabic language proficiency
  • Team leadership skills
Estimated Salary Range:

Ranging from SAR 15,000 to SAR 25,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
