**Consumer Category Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consumer Category Manager to lead our retail services team at Merge Recruitment Agency in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing on-floor services standards, processes, and KPIs to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

1. Develop On-Floor Services Standards: Create and implement comprehensive standards for on-floor services, including wedding and gifting, academy, café, nail bar, and other services.
2. Lead Planning and Execution: Plan and execute the first and subsequent stores' on-floor services, ensuring seamless implementation and high-quality customer experience.
3. Manage Day-to-Day Activities: Oversee day-to-day activities related to on-floor services, including liaison with 3rd party providers and conducting field visits to stores.
4. Customer Research and Insights: Capture insights through regular customer research and activities, such as surveys, customer focus groups, and electronic customer feedback.
5. Present Key Findings and Plans: Lead cross-functional meetings to present key findings and highlight future plans and their implementation.
6. Monitor Industry Trends and Competitors: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to initiate new on-floor services and ensure better customer experience.
7. Develop Customer Initiatives: Develop and maintain customer initiatives, such as loyalty programs and gift cards, to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
8. Improve Services and Innovate: Consistently improve the level of provided services and innovate new value-added services initiatives to stay ahead of the competition.
9. Collaborate with Designers and Buyers: Collaborate with designers, buyers, visual merchandisers, and other related parties for on-floor services ongoing activities, development, and improvement.
10. Create On-Floor Services Calendar: Create the on-floor services full calendar and work on its perfect execution in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
11. Administer Marketing and Advertising: Administer the on-floor services marketing and advertising activities and analyze outcomes.
12. Create Concepts and Brand Identity: Create concepts and brand identity for new and existing services in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
13. Reach Customers through Innovative Manners: Work on reaching customers through innovative and trendy manners, such as social media and circulars.
14. Conduct Training and Achieve CE Targets: Conduct all training related to on-floor services for all employees and achieve all CE targets, preparing proper reporting.
