Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Category Manager to join our team at Merge Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing on-floor services standards, processes, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute on-floor services strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute on-floor services, including wedding & gifting, academy, café, nail bar, and others.
  3. Manage day-to-day activities related to on-floor services, including liaising with 3rd party providers and conducting field visits to oversee implementation.
  4. Capture customer insights through regular research and activities, such as surveys, customer focus groups, and electronic customer feedback.
  5. Present key findings and recommendations to senior management and lead cross-functional meetings to drive business decisions.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for new on-floor services and improve customer experience.
  7. Develop and maintain customer initiatives, such as loyalty programs and gift cards, to drive customer engagement and retention.
  8. Collaborate with designers, buyers, visual merchandisers, and other stakeholders to develop and improve on-floor services.
  9. Administer on-floor services marketing and advertising activities and analyze outcomes to inform future strategies.
  10. Create concepts and brand identity for new and existing services in collaboration with the marketing team.
  11. Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Consumer Category Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in retail. You should have a bachelor's degree in business administration and excellent communication and leadership skills.
