Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures, templates, and working instructions to ensure consistency and excellence in our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to detect deviations, investigate nonconformities, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, including ISO and customer audits, to ensure our quality management systems meet the highest standards.
  • Contribute to organizational changes and lean culture implementation within the business unit, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor quality strategies for materials, customer complaints, and processes using predefined quality key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct failure analysis and report findings using 8D templates or similar.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
  • Monitor supplier quality performance, material management, and analysis, and follow up on corrective actions related to nonconformity reports (NCRs) and customer complaint reports (CCRs).
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management to fulfill the job requirements.

Your Background

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar field, with hands-on experience in inspection of materials, quality management systems, and internal quality auditing.
  • Knowledge of GIS products, quality tools, root cause analysis, and lean six sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, with good presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
