About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team at One Of One Studios. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that showcases our clients' stories.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Video Production: Manage the filming and editing of client projects, ensuring high standards of creativity and quality.
  2. Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Handle professional video cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
  3. Post-Production Mastery: Edit videos with precision, adding effects, music, and graphics to deliver polished final products.
  4. Trendspotting: Stay updated with the latest video production trends, ensuring fresh and engaging content.
  5. Mentorship: Guide junior videographers and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  6. Multi-Project Management: Work efficiently under tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a videographer/editor with a diverse portfolio that showcases your storytelling abilities.
  2. Social Media Savvy: Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.) and handling of video equipment.
  4. Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with teams and clients.
  5. Problem Solver: Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree: In Film, Media Production, or a related field.
  2. Proven Experience: Directing on-location and studio shoots.
  3. Media Agency Experience: Prior experience working in a media agency or similar environment.
