Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership:

  1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve working capital efficiency, driving a decrease in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  2. Micromanage processes, both internal and external, to enhance invoicing and collection workflows.
  3. Directly oversee team performance, ensuring 100% transparency on portfolio balances and strategizing pathways to timely payment.
  4. Interface with project teams to pressure-test explanations and drive proactive change.
  5. Create customized reporting environments that provide real-time visibility into team performance and areas requiring escalation.
  6. Set and achieve collection targets, supporting team members and raising the bar for process improvements.
  7. Provide counsel to finance counterparts on structuring processes for optimal results.
  8. Foster a culture of excellence as a true team leader, motivating colleagues and driving results-oriented leadership.

Management and Collaboration:

  1. Offer support, information, and solutions on financial matters relevant to regional partners.
  2. Contribute to financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the KSA region.
  3. Advise management on financial issues, business development, compliance, and risk management.
  4. Support strategic initiatives in the Middle East, such as cost optimization, market entries, and acquisitions.
  5. Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate the Middle East Finance team.
