  3. **Innovation:** Create new products and methods of production to stay ahead of the competition and meet customer demands.
  4. **Process Improvement:** Continuously develop and improve all plant operation processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. **Production Management:** Manage and control all production processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  2. **Packaging Management:** Manage and control all packaging processes to ensure high-quality and efficient packaging of products.
  3. **Supply Chain Management:** Manage and control supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materials and components.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • **Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field**
  • **10-15 years of experience in plant management, preferably in the snacks food industry**
  • **Strong leadership and communication skills**
  • **Excellent English language skills**
  • **Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications**
